Class & Payment Policies

Please review these policies before enrolling — they cover payments, make-ups, and general class expectations.

Payment Policies

  • Payment Methods: Visa, Discover, or Mastercard accepted for card payments.
  • Required Card on File: All families are required to keep a card on file, regardless of preferred payment method. If a cash payment isn't submitted by the 25th of the prior month, the card on file will be charged.
  • Payment Due: The first month's tuition is due at registration. After that, tuition is charged on the 1st of each month.
  • Late Payments: A $25.00 processing fee is added to your balance for late payments (after the 1st of the month). Please keep your card on file up to date.
  • Outstanding Balances: Clients with unpaid fees cannot enroll in future classes or attend classes until paid.
  • Classes: A child's spot is only reserved once enrollment is processed. Tuition rates are not based on attendance — they remain the same whether your child attends or not.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be given, regardless of attendance.
  • Withdrawals: You must email us by the 25th of the month prior to your withdrawal date to avoid being charged the next month's tuition (e.g., to withdraw in April, email by March 25th). No refunds, no exceptions.

Make-Ups

  • Make-up classes must be scheduled via the make-up request form and receive confirmation of approval. There is 1 make-up allotted per semester, space permitting.
  • No refunds or prorates will be given for missed classes.
  • If you know your child will be absent ahead of time, please notify us by email at thetumblehub@gmail.com or within the iClassPro platform.

General

  • Full Classes & Waitlist: If a class you're interested in is full, you may add your child to the waitlist. We'll contact you by email if a spot opens up.
  • Attire: Leotards, or a t-shirt tucked into shorts/leggings, non-baggy clothes with no zippers or belts, socks or bare feet, and minimal jewelry (stud earrings are fine). Hair should be pulled back away from the face.
  • Equipment: Children should not be on the gym floor or equipment outside of class times. Please don't enter the building until 5 minutes before your child's class starts. Siblings should not be on equipment at any time.
  • Inclement Weather: Closing decisions are communicated by email. Make-ups or proration will not be offered for weather closings.
  • Scheduled Closings: Spring Break, Summer Break, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, and New Year. You'll be notified by email of any additional closings.
