Party Rental Agreement

  1. Our 2-hour parties include access to our 12,000+ square foot facility including our white 16’ x 16’ bounce house, large open spring floor, gymnastics and tumbling equipment, tumble track trampoline, and tables and chairs. Cost: $250 for current members, $275 for non-members.
    • Large arches for photo backdrops with customized text + balloon garlands are available as an add-on for an additional $150. You will not receive access to the arches without purchasing this add-on.
  2. 15 “child” guests are permitted within the party package (any child participating on the gym floor). Additional attendees are $12/person, up to a maximum of 20 child guest participants.
  3. No hanging, taping, or gluing of decor is allowed within the facility. Stand-alone decor is permitted.
  4. All booking inquiries can be sent by email to thetumblehub@gmail.com. If your requested time is available, we'll send a link for you to book directly online. Your party is not reserved until you have booked and paid your deposit.
  5. To reserve a party, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. This applies toward your total, with the remainder due the Sunday of the week prior to your party. We reserve the right to require an additional deposit if balloon garlands or custom vinyl are added.
  6. Each participant is required to have a parent/guardian sign a liability waiver, available on our Party Waiver form. Anyone without a signed waiver will not be allowed on the gym floor.
  7. Outside food/drinks are welcome, but please be mindful of our tables/chairs and bring your own tablecloths if there's a chance of staining or damage.
  8. The last 30–45 minutes of your party (duration is your choice) is reserved for food/cake/etc. Once food service begins, the bounce house will be deflated and no one is allowed back on the gym floor.
  9. You may enter 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to decorate and prepare. Guests should not enter the gym floor until your allotted party time.
  10. The individual who signs the agreement is responsible for any damages to our property, including but not limited to bathrooms, equipment, the bounce house, tables/chairs, and the trampoline. Cameras are present on-site.
  11. No shoes on the gym floor — designated cubbies are provided. No gum, glitter, candy, sharp objects, food, or drinks allowed outside the tables and chairs area.
  12. The Tumble Hub, LLC will have an employee on-site to assist and ensure safety and compliance with rules.
  13. After the party, please wipe down all tables and chairs and sweep under the party tables and chairs.
  14. Please have the area cleaned and be ready to depart at the end of your allotted time (e.g., a party reserved 11:30–1:30pm should be ready to leave by 1:30pm). A $25 fee applies for every 10 minutes past your allotted time.
  15. No refunds. If your party needs to be rescheduled, we'll offer alternative time/day options plus an account credit for money paid. Cancelling more than a week prior forfeits your deposit only; cancelling less than a week in advance forfeits any money paid.
